In such occasions a coach can help. Someone who is already acquainted with the new material or technique, or has faced similar situations in her own experience.

New rules, new tools, new tests. What to do, what not to do. Since teaching is a social job that depends on cooperation between many instances and has to be adjustable to the current situation, handling all that can be overwhelming.
